The practices inside the app are for personal reflection only. Any reflection you do outside the app, such as in your own notebook, notes app, or voice memo app, stays outside PARQS™ Daily Practice.
App Usage Analytics
PARQS™ Daily Practice is built using Adalo.
Adalo may automatically collect basic app usage analytics when the app is used. This may include information such as screen visits, daily active users, rough geographic location based on connection or IP-level data, and anonymous usage information used to understand app performance and activity.
This analytics information does not include private reflections, journal entries, account profiles, payment information, health information, emails entered inside the app, or messages, because PARQS™ Daily Practice does not ask users to provide those things inside the app.
This information is used only to understand basic app usage and app performance.
PARQS™ Daily Practice does not sell personal information.

The app includes a link to the free PARQS First Steps Kit on the Elaina Kelly Smith website.
If you tap that link, you will leave the app and open a webpage outside the app.
If you choose to enter information on that webpage, such as your email address to receive the free kit, that information is handled by the website and its email service provider, not by PARQS™ Daily Practice inside the app.
Payments
PARQS™ Daily Practice does not process payments inside the app.
The app does not include checkout pages, in-app purchases, subscriptions, or payment forms.
